My experience has been that if I do not connect with nature, I feel out of sorts. Nature has a way of telling us what is happening in the outside world. In today's fast paced world, we tend to forget to really take the time to look and see what is happening around us. We take nature for granted. Thinking that it will always be there. We must take the time to appreciate the beauty that nature offers us. The flowers, the different species of birds, the way the sun glows in the big beautiful sky.
