Managing Grief
Grief is a very difficult process. When one loses a loved one, i.e. spouse, parent, sibling and/or a very close friend, we all go through different emotions. From anger, sadness, lashing out, weeping uncontrollably, relief and/or guilt. With the recent loss of my own mother, I have gone thru several of these emotions. The biggest factor with managing grief is giving yourself time to process everything that has happened. Sometimes it may feel unfair or a blessing, however
